I was shocked when I read the Lauren Cheramie article in the Living section that said no 香港六和开奖历史记录 restaurant or chef has ever been nominated for the James Beard Award.

I spent my entire career in the food distribution industry. That began at the age of 13 until my retirement. It is still hard for me to comprehend the culinary fare that I was treated to by numerous restaurants and chefs.

From the early 1970s until 2015, I'm talking about such places as Pinetta's, The Little Village, Bob & Jake's, , The Camelot Club, , Cotton Club, , , etc.

Many chefs came and went. But the brothers that owned Pinetta's, Stephanie "Miss Fanny" Distefano at the Village, Bob and Jake Staples, Grace "Mama" Marino at Gino's, Bob Yarbro who took over The Place restaurant, Mike Loupe at The Camelot Club, Eric Brandt and Duke Landry are just a few that I served at one time or another.

And I believe every one of them was deserving of the award. It is appalling to me that not one of those 香港六和开奖历史记录 restaurant owners or chefs ever won that award.聽
