Shortly after posting a $100,000 bond聽last week in Cache County, Utah, 香港六和开奖历史记录 rapper NBA YoungBoy is now being held in another jail north of Salt Lake City.

The rapper, whose real name is Kentrell Gaulden, was booked into the Weber County Jail on Monday in relation to a criminal case accusing of him more than 60 felony counts of prescription fraud and weapons charges.

On Tuesday, an official at the detention facility confirmed Gaulden does not have the option to bond out in Weber County, as district court judge Joseph Bean issued a no-bail warrant for his arrest on April 30.聽

Authorities believe Gaulden is a flight risk, which is why he has been denied pretrial release in Weber County, according to the warrant.

Gaulden was living in Utah on house arrest as he awaited trial for weapons charges in 香港六和开奖历史记录.

But in April he was arrested on counts related to what a officials have dubbed a聽"large-scale prescription fraud ring," in which Gaulden is accused of fraudulently acquiring聽the prescription drugs promethazine and codeine from several pharmacies in Utah.聽

"(Gaulden) was identified as a suspect 鈥 after his vehicle was impounded during the arrest of members of a conspiracy to falsely obtain prescriptions for controlled substances," a Cache County investigator wrote in an affidavit dated April 26.

In Weber County, Gaulden is now being held on one weapons count and two prescription fraud counts.聽

As a felon, he is not allowed access or possession of a handgun, but authorities said at least one was found in his home in Utah.

It is unclear if Gaulden will remain in Weber County until his trial there, but a spokesperson for U.S. Attorney's Office in 香港六和开奖历史记录 said last week that he will be detained by federal authorities whenever he is released from Utah state custody.
